Collections -- A/R Coordinator
Friendly soft collections - daily
Middle person between attorneys and clients
Also handling incoming calls on all invoices/statements -- A/R questions -- providing information; copies of invoices
Law firm experience is a plus
Good communicator -- verbal and written
Proper grammar usage -- Email
Accounting knowledge -- how to read client ledger
