Technology Adoption is a strategic priority for Integrated Solutions and is a core tenet of the client experience. The team is responsible for advisor use of technology – from influencing clients to prioritize technology initiatives to building the tools advisor offices need to implement change. The work starts with identifying client needs and building proposals all the way through the implementation and maintenance of new tools.

The Technology Adoption team works with leaders across Advisor Services to:

  • Envision a strategic approach that brings together cross-functional teams and competing priorities

  • Understand the advisor experience and adoption roadblocks to design and execute an effective technology adoption program

  • Drive innovation to solve challenges, championing new ideas and tools

What you’ll do:

The Sr. Manager, Digital adoption will play an integral role in driving adoption of technology platform capabilities. Success in this role includes working with clients and partners to identify and prioritize initiatives, developing compelling presentations to influence key stakeholders and leaders, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve timely and impactful results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Actively contribute to the development and execution of our strategy to drive advisor adoption of digital workflows

  • Represent and communicate technology adoption plan and priorities to leadership and partners

  • Interview clients and internal stakeholders to understand advisor personas and needs to drive key priorities and investments

  • Partner closely with marketing and communications to develop effective and targeted experiences for advisors

  • Bring to market new technology products and capabilities, including developing launch strategies, identifying collateral requirements, and partnering with the field to enable Service leaders and professionals

  • Drive alignment across AS projects to ensure technology adoption initiates supports inter-dependent work streams at scale

  • Bring new ideas to the team, championing change and taking risks test and learn quickly

What you have:

  • 7+ years of professional experience

  • Analytical problem solving and strategic thinking skills

  • 2-4 years of experience launching and marketing technology products

  • A passion for creative problem solving and an ability to energize peers and leaders to embrace new ideas and concepts

  • Proven track record of building effective working relationships and influencing executives and stakeholders

  • Strong business acumen and intellect, including a demonstrable understanding of how analytics and data are used for business problem-solving

  • Ability to prioritize work, hold peers accountable and influence partners at multiple levels

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • A bias for action and the ability to overcome obstacles and successfully serve multiple constituents

  • Ability to manage projects effectively and on time

  • Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment
