As an RF/Microwave Engineer you will be responsible for the design, development and testing of 1 to 60 GHz MMICs and/or multi-chip modules for existing products and advanced new product development programs. Your design work will include power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, mixers, oscillators, filters and IC packages in addition to MMIC design work on state of the art GaAs, GaN and SiGe foundry processes. You will be trained in MMIC and/or module design and work on a collaborative team of electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and test engineers to ensure successful product development and transfer to production.


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Electro Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, and/or a related field

  • Experience or coursework in antenna, MMIC, amplifier, filter, mixer or oscillator design, and module or IC packaging design

  • General knowledge of system design

  • US citizen or permanent resident required

  • Ability to travel up to 10%


  • Experience on Agilent ADS

  • Experience with HFSS, IE3D, Sonnet or other electromagnetic simulators
