AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Sales Operations Analyst in Phoenix, United States

This position reports to the Manager for the Life Insurance product line, supporting the overall business strategy by conducting data analytics to drive business results and goals. They will be accountable for supporting strategy development and execution as well as working with cross functional teams to access, interpret, and utilize internal and 3rd party data. The incumbent may participate in larger projects and/or assume responsibility for a portion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Execution -

•Conduct analysis and research to support development of annual and 3 year business strategy for SBU and Overall Product businesses

•Analyze ROMI, LTV, Attribution model data to present insights to PM, APMs, on how / where best to drive business forward

•Pull data from internal partners to evaluate performance and develop insights on marketing campaigns and allocation of creative assets

•Research competitor pricing, promotions, new products launch, advertising, and distribution and share with PM, APMs

•Research consumer targets / demographics and partner internally to develop consumer insights for product owners

•Partner with finance counterpart to file Monthly invoices and process accruals

•Perform marketing admin tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Communication and Networking -

•Track progress of all advertising campaigns & creative productions

•Prepare materials / financial analysis for vendor negotiations


•Some management experience a plus

•Excellent strategic and analytical skills

•Strong communication skills and team capabilities


•A college degree (MBA or Master’s preferred)

•3-5 years related work experience
