Robert Half Office Team Sr. Administrative Assistant in Scottsdale, Arizona

Will be responsible for meeting the customers transportation requirements working in a regionally aligned team environment. Duties include verifying commercial documents, providing customer service, and day-to-day troubleshooting. The position involves operating within a team environment, to include, joint decision making, problem solving and other accountabilities. Responsible for providing expertise and resources to coordinate documents management as assigned. Interface with various groups as needed to provide customer service and execute standard operational logistics procedures. Considerable dialogue with many organizations within and outside customer (vendors). Operate within a team environment, to include, joint decision-making problem solving and accountabilities. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred, prefer a minimum of an AA Degree Minimum 2+ years transportation/logistics experience, preferably in operations or a call center environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: PC proficient (MS Office / Outlook) Minimum of 1-year relevant experience. High level of attention to detail Strong, effective communication and writing skills.
