Required qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Current licensed pharmacy technician or technician trainee with the applicable board of pharmacy.

  • Willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Job description:

Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing training and coaching of employees in Order Production, Dispensing and Inventory, while ensuring accuracy and efficiencys are being met, troubleshooting issues and assisting with administrative responsibilities.

  • Accountable for ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency while maintaining knowledge in Order Production, Dispensing, and Inventory.

  • Provide training, coaching, evaluating employee progress, and providing new ideas of continuous improvement within the department.

  • Manage daily production workflow with strong functional knowledge of dashboard indicators.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated orders through use of ticketing system.

  • Conduct recursive training through OCR's.

  • Manage 5S standards and expectations.

  • Project a positive attitude, enthusiasm, team spirit, and integrity to the team.

  • Assist in developing and implementing formal and informal recognition programs.

  • Assist supervisor in completing administrative responsibilities including performance tracking, scheduling, and other duties as needed.
