Reporting to the Head of Management Reporting for the Americas in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) group, the FP&A Systems Training VP role will establish and maintain documentation guidelines, procedures, and training materials for FP&A. This person will also create and maintain OFSAA, Hyperion, and OBIEE training materials.
Establish the FP&A training program.

Create and maintain OFSAA, Hyperion, and OBIEE training materials.
Conduct monthly systems training for new users (dimensionality, financial reporting, functional, etc.).
10 years of experience in finance, preferably in banking or financial services.
This position typically requires a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.); advanced degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
2 years of experience leading system training, preferably for Oracle and Hyperion systems.
Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and financial skills (aptitude for financial data reporting).
Strong understanding of business line needs and objectives.
Ability to develop effective interpersonal networks within the organization (experience with complex organizational structures).
Ability to communicate complex issues and ideas with absolute precision and clarity.
Ability to partner and work with other leaders across the bank to achieve business objectives.
Ability to make decisions independently.
Ability to coach others in a matrix organization.
Expert in using MS Office® products.
Strong work ethic, ability to make decisions, and work under tight deadlines.
Must be a creative problem-solver and a creative problem anticipator who is able to anticipate complex issues and problems and takes proactive steps to prevent them from happening.
Banking industry experience and strong knowledge of banking organization, products, operations and technology a plus.
MBA, CPA, CFA and/or Six Sigma/LEAN certification a plus.
Big 4 or top tier management consulting experience a plus.
